Aerodynamics stems from the system.
The project inherits the aerodynamic design of the Filante SLR ID2 and all the development work that made it possible. A process carried out together with the technical staff of Groupama-FDJ United, through advanced CFD simulations and validated in the Silverstone wind tunnel. Wilier’s approach to aerodynamics goes beyond the bicycle. What matters is the complete system made up of bicycle, rider and components. Optimised profiles, seamless integration between frame and cockpit, and design focused on realworld speed allow the Filante SL ID2 to transfer all the technical heritage of the platform onto the road.
