Adidas Running is bringing a new ritual to race day, teaming up with Milan-based tea brand Cromo for a limited-edition capsule around the Berlin Marathon. At the centre is the Matcha Ritual Vest, a reimagined running vest that doubles as an on-the-go matcha kit, complete with a ceramic chawan, bamboo tea tools and a travel tin. The collaboration goes beyond the product, with a dedicated teahouse experience designed around the idea of tea as part of the runner’s pre- and post-race ritual. WHOOP is building a place to reset during Paris fashion week


WHOOP is increasingly blurring the line between performance, wellness and fashion. Alongside the new stainless-steel Meridian band, designed to look more like a piece of jewellery than a traditional fitness wearable, the brand is also taking its recovery message to Paris Fashion Week. The four-day immersive experience, running from October 1–4, will combine sound, scent, matcha and recovery, including a 30-minute spatial audio work by Benji B. It’s another sign of how WHOOP is moving beyond the world of sport and into lifestyle and culture.
