Gobik lands in Kuala Lumpur

Last weekend we welcomed Gobik to Kuala Lumpur alongside BikeArtisans and the local cycling community.
We started with a city ride through KL, followed by coffee and pizza — the right way to build culture around a brand. After the ride, we hosted the official presentation, where riders had the chance to discover the new collection launching in March and reserve their pieces ahead of time.
Moments like this matter. Not just launching a brand, but embedding it into the local scene — riding together, sharing stories, creating connection.
Big thanks to our ambassadors in the area for the support, and to Jeff, Joana and the full BikeArtisans team for the effort and belief in the project.
KL is ready. And this is only the beginning.
Santa Vall - Fantasy Gravel
What a weekend of mud at Santa Vall, the first race of the season! Held in Sant Gregori, it truly felt like a world championship — all the big names were on the start line, battling for that first big victory of the year.
After two tough and demanding stages, Sofía Gómez Villafañe and Mads Wurtz Schmidt claimed the overall wins, setting the tone for the 2026 season.
The Specialized Off-Road Team made a strong statement this weekend — and they will definitely keep our attention throughout the season.

Check the Fantasy Gravel Instagram to know all the thoughts from the riders about the race :)

Media-rights growth is flattening, streamers are doubling down on live sport, DTC realities are colliding with broadcast economics, and sponsorship is evolving far beyond logo placement. In a more fragmented, selective and regulated environment, the next few years will determine which ecosystems adapt — and which are left behind.
The 2026 Barkley Marathons Have Begun.
The 2026 edition of the Barkley Marathons has officially kicked off, once again reaffirming its reputation as one of the world’s most extreme and enigmatic endurance events. With an unmarked course, punishing terrain and a history defined by elusive finishers, the race continues to captivate the global trail and ultra-running community. As runners begin to tackle the course that rewards grit and resilience over speed and strategy, all eyes are on who — if anyone — will conquer Barkley’s infamous challenge this year.
Are Marathons More Valuable To Host Cities Than The Super Bowl?
How marathon events stack up economically and socially against one of the world’s biggest spectacles: the Super Bowl. While the NFL’s showcase drives massive short-term spending, big city marathons create sustained community engagement, tourism boosts and measurable long-term value for host cities. The analysis highlights how endurance events — with their broader reach and local integration — can deliver an impact that extends well beyond race day.
