What an incredible day of racing yesterday at the Amstel Gold Race! 😮💨
Both the women’s and men’s races had us glued to the screen, holding our breath until the very last meters. Pure cycling drama at its best!
HYROX Invites Cities Globally to Bid
HYROX has officially opened bidding for cities to host its World Championships in 2026 and 2027. As one of the fastest-growing global fitness races, the event is expected to draw over 6,000 athletes from 80+ countries. Bidding cities must provide commercial and financial support by May 1, 2025.
Strava to Acquire Runna
Strava has announced its acquisition of UK-based training app Runna, uniting the world’s largest fitness community with one of the top platforms for personalized running coaching. With nearly 1 billion runs logged on Strava in 2024, the move comes as running continues to surge globally. The acquisition aims to boost innovation while keeping both apps independent—for now.
In Paris, Jogging Is No Longer a Faux Pas
Springtime in Paris isn’t just cafe terraces coming to life, and cherry blossoms and magnolias turning the city pink. It now also means locals jogging beside the Seine River, on the gravelly paths of the Tuileries and Luxembourg gardens and up and down the stairs and hills of Montmartre. At dusk, there are so many runners that it can look like an official race is happening.
China pits humanoid robots against humans in half-marathon for first time

We had the chance to experience the race from the inside—and it was one of those perfect Belgian spring days: sunshine, cobbles, and pure cycling energy.
Even better, we got to catch up with friends we don’t get to see often enough, like Mireia Benito, Alison Jackson, and Brodie Chapman.
