Last week, Casa Gobik became our home in Barcelona during the Grand Départ of the Tour de France.

Designed as an open meeting point for the cycling community, Casa Gobik welcomed riders, media, partners and cycling fans throughout the week, creating a space where everyone could experience the brand beyond the product.

Throughout the venue, visitors could discover three permanent activations.

The Carlos Sainz corner challenged visitors to test their reaction time through the BOX55 experience while discovering the new Carlos Sainz x Gobik collection.

From Yecla to Barcelona Exhibition

The From Yecla to Barcelona exhibition offered an inside look at how Gobik designs, develops and manufactures every garment, showcasing the craftsmanship and innovation behind the brand.

Opening day - Coffee & Aerodynamics

Casa Gobik officially opened its doors on Wednesday with a cupping workshop hosted by ST. ALI Coffee Roasters, bringing together media, creators and friends of the brand to discover the stories and flavours behind its coffee.

That same day, together with Velodrom, we organised a social ride through Barcelona that finished at Casa Gobik, where riders joined the rest of the community to continue enjoying the opening day.

The day concluded with a special talk featuring Scott Drawer, Performance Director at INEOS Grenadiers, who shared insights into the role of aerodynamics in modern professional cycling. The session also marked the exclusive pre-launch of Gobik’s new Supersonica collection, offering attendees a first look at the research, development and performance philosophy behind our latest aerodynamic apparel.

Thursday - Exclusive Runway & The One Off Night

Thursday was dedicated to the future of Gobik. We hosted an exclusive runway presentation where selected media, partners and special guests—including Alberto Contador—were given a first look at the brand’s WARM 2027 collection and the innovations that will shape the seasons ahead.

As night fell, Casa Gobik transformed once again to host The One Off Night, an intimate event celebrating one of the brand’s most ambitious projects to date. Guests enjoyed a relaxed evening designed to immerse them in the world of The One Off—an exclusive collection that pushes Gobik beyond anything the brand has created before, showcasing a new level of creativity, craftsmanship and premium design.

Friday - Casa Custom

On Friday, we opened Casa Custom, an interactive activation where visitors could personalise Gobik tote bags and flags with a selection of exclusive Tour-inspired designs. Throughout the day, cycling fans created their own unique souvenirs to celebrate the Grand Départ, taking home a personalised keepsake ahead of the race's official start the following day.

Saturday - Grand Départ with Rouleur

Saturday was finally Grand Départ Day in Barcelona, and Casa Gobik was at the heart of the celebrations.

In partnership with Rouleur, we continued the Casa Custom activation while welcoming the community for a live podcast recording featuring Ally Wollaston from FDJ–SUEZ. More than a conversation about racing, the session offered a closer look at the people behind the sport, giving fans the opportunity to hear directly from one of the peloton’s rising stars in an intimate setting.

Following the podcast, the action moved outside as we gathered our community at the Gobik Cheering Point on Passeig de Gràcia to support the riders during the opening stage of the Tour de France. The day concluded back at Casa Gobik, where we watched the stage finish together before celebrating an unforgettable Grand Départ with an after-party, pizzas and drinks shared with friends, partners and the cycling community.

Sunday - Run & Cheer - Closing

Sunday marked the final day of Casa Gobik, bringing an unforgettable week in Barcelona to a close.

The morning began with another coffee cupping experience hosted by the team at ST. ALI Coffee Roasters, before we joined Curv for a community run through the city towards Montjuïc, where Stage 2 of the Tour de France concluded with a finish that will be remembered for years to come.

As the doors of Casa Gobik closed, so did a week filled with unforgettable moments, inspiring conversations and countless shared experiences.

Thank you to everyone who visited, rode, ran, cheered, shared a coffee or simply stopped by to be part of it. The Grand Départ was a celebration of cycling, and we’re proud to have experienced it alongside such an incredible community.

Wilier Triestina closes 2025 with a consolidated turnover of € 70 million and opens 2026 with volume growth of 7% compared to the previous year. The milestone of 120 years — the brand was founded in Bassano del Grappa in 1906 — comes at one of the most solid phases in its history.
“In 2025, we achieved a consolidated turnover of € 70 million and 2026 is developing with volume growth of 7% compared to the previous year”, states Andrea Gastaldello, CEO of Wilier Triestina. “Results sustained by the success of models such as the Filante SLR ^ID2, Rave SLR ^ID2and Rapida, which best express our ability to combine technological innovation, performance, design and identity. For the anniversary, Wilier presents Filante Ultimate: the most exclusive edition ever produced by the brand.

The next-gen Toray M40X carbon frame combines six different fibres in a layup designed to reduce weight even further and transmit energy without loss: responsive in accelerations, precise in changes of pace and stable at high speeds.

Completing the setup, a selection of exclusive components developed for this edition: from the CeramicSpeed overszed pulley cage to the colour-matched painted seatpost, the Miche X2 RD chainring, the blue anodised dropout, the axles and disc lockrings, the dedicated handlebar tape and the painted junction elements between handlebar and frame. The project is completed by the dedicated aerokit and Vittoria tyres, chosen to enhance its character further.

The setup is enriched by the Deva RD Daylight Silver wheels and the CeramiSpeed bottom bracket bearings, further elevating the smoothness, efficiency, and technical sophistication of the entire project.

The celebrations for Wilier Triestina’s 120th anniversary were held at Villa Contarini, in Piazzola sul Brenta, with 120 Years Forward, an evening that brought together the entire brand community: dealers, ambassadors, partners and guests, including some of the riders who have contributed to writing its story. During the event, the new Filante Ultimate was also officially presented.

At the centre of the villa, an immersive exhibition told the story of Wilier Triestina’s DNA, its identity and the vision that guides its development today. More than a celebration of the past, the journey explored the values, insights and design culture that have defined the company’s recent evolution, placing the Culture of Speed at its heart: a philosophy that interprets speed as the synthesis of research, innovation, design and a deep cycling culture.

Since launching our original Aero System last year in response gravel racing evolving to become moredefined by tactics, speed, efficiency and marginal gains, the scene continues to expand further alongwith the needs of the rider.

Adding a Bolt-On version of our Aero Top Tube Module was the next natural extension, followed by a Bolt-On Long version, to create a complete system designed to make you faster.

Of course to make any meaningful claims we needed to test the modules properly in the wind tunnel. Pro gravel racer Dylan Johnson found the Aero Bolt-On Top Tube Module saved 4.2 watts when used in isolation and 5.2 watts when used in combination with the Aero Frame Module.

Zel Sport Fest

This past weekend, ZEL Costa Brava became the meeting point for a unique celebration of sport, wellness and community. Over three days, participants joined a packed program of activities including cycling, running, tennis, paddle yoga, HIIT sessions and recovery experiences, all set against the Mediterranean backdrop of the Costa Brava.

We brought together leading brands such as On, Gobik, ISDIN, Wilson, Amazfit, 226ERS and Café de Finca, alongside athletes, ambassadors, influencers and content creators who helped shape the experience both on and off the field. More than a sporting event, ZEL Sport Fest was designed as a space to connect through movement, discover new activities and share experiences with like-minded people.

A weekend that once again demonstrated how sport continues to evolve beyond performance—becoming a platform for community, wellbeing and meaningful connections.

Philippine Gravel Nationals

Philippine gravel is getting faster.

OVRLND GRVL in Clark delivered 110 kilometers of river crossings, climbs, and fast gravel. This year, the stakes were higher: national titles on the line and slots to the 2026 UCI Gravel World Championships in Nannup, Australia waiting at the finish.

Congratulations to the national champions, and to every rider who fought through the heat, pressure, and hard racing.

As for us, MOÚV Gravel Racing lined up, raced hard, and took the lessons home. We came back with stories, notes, and a clearer view of where Philippine gravel is headed.

Trail Running’s Cultural Expansion

Trail running is no longer just a niche endurance sport—it’s becoming a cultural movement. As road races and marathon medals flood social feeds, more runners are heading off-road in search of something less performative and more personal.

Fueled by a desire for nature, community and meaningful experiences, trail running is attracting a new generation of participants while reshaping opportunities across apparel, footwear, events and media. The result is a fast-growing category where lifestyle, identity and performance increasingly overlap.

Training for a hotter future

As global temperatures continue to rise, heat is becoming a new performance variable that athletes can no longer ignore. Unbound Week

Another Unbound for the books.

While we couldn’t be in the mud fields of Kansas this year, it was another incredible week supporting riders, brands and fans from around the world. Through Fantasy Gravel, thousands of people followed every attack, puncture, comeback and finish line moment, helping us bring the race closer to gravel fans everywhere.

A huge thank you to everyone who played along, supported the platform, and to the riders and team managers who always find a moment for us, even during the busiest week of the season. And of course, congratulations to the LifeTime and Unbound teams for delivering another unforgettable event.

KASK Carbo-Loading

We started the week the Italian way.

Together with KASK, we launched a carbo-loading activation designed to bring a taste of Italy to Kansas. Pizza inspired by KASK helmet colours, packs of pasta for riders, and plenty of pre-race conversations created the perfect atmosphere ahead of race day.

We also visited the Velocio/Enve and The Grip houses, where the KASK team cooked for athletes and staff, bringing a little piece of Italian hospitality to Emporia.

After all, pasta makes people happy, and maybe a little faster too 🙂

Apidura racing Mood

What a week for Apidura.

The week started with the exciting news that the Specialized Off-Road Team would be using Apidura AeroSystem products, and the results quickly followed.

Fantasy Gravel continues to grow beyond anything we imagined.

Fans from more than 65 countries followed the race through our live coverage, rankings and updates, generating more than 2.5 million engagements across the app and Instagram during race week.

Following races, sharing stories and bringing fans closer to the action is why we started this project, and Unbound once again reminded us how special the gravel community can be.

Congratulations to every rider who lined up and pushed their limits out there. The XL and Unbound 200 delivered another weekend of incredible racing, emotion and stories worth telling.

On Squad Race Barcelona

Last Friday, Barcelona played host to another edition of the On Squad Race, bringing together runners from across Spain, France and Italy for an evening of pure team racing.

Set against the backdrop of the iconic Castell de Montjuïc, 48 squads and 192 runners took on a demanding 4x4 relay format. Short, explosive efforts, quick transitions and no room for mistakes made for a race where teamwork was just as important as speed.

Running on the new Cloudmonster 3, every athlete gave everything for their squad, chasing not only the win but also a place at the World Final in Los Angeles.

After an intense battle on the castle grounds, Jolie Foulée emerged as the fastest team of the day, securing their ticket to represent their city on the global stage in LA.

Another great project supporting our client On, helping bring communities together through sport and creating experiences that go far beyond race day.

A great reminder that while running may often feel like an individual sport, some of the best moments happen when you race together.

Gobik x Paceline Cycling Hub

This weekend, we headed south of Manila to celebrate the first anniversary of Paceline cycling hub and HombaseCafe, a community-driven space bringing together cyclists, runners, coffee and good people.

We came back to Taipei to support Wilier Triestina at the Ciao2000 Gran Fondo.

Almost 700 cyclists joined the ride, and we had one mission:
make people smile during the toughest moments on the steep Taipei climbs.

From the first riders to the last ones crossing by, thank you for all the smiles and good energy along the road.

Gobik’s UNITY26 collection Singapore

Last Friday we officially launched Gobik’s UNITY26 collection in Singapore together with Entro.

But more than a product launch, the idea was simple: celebrate the cycling communities shaping the culture of the Lion City.

To make it authentic, we sent mini analogue cameras to different crews across Singapore and invited them to document their world from the saddle of the bike — rides, people, routes, moments and their own perspective of the city.

Each community selected their two favourite shots, which we later printed and displayed during the launch night. Throughout the evening, guests voted for their favourite photos, with Syndicate, Lyfestyle Research and Five45 taking home UNITY26 T-shirts.

Over 80 people joined us for a night full of burgers, drinks, conversations and good energy.

The best part? Seeing once again how sport keeps bringing people together and creating the kind of connections and communities we truly believe in.

Manila × Alba Optics

When everything makes sense.

We always said that moving to Asia was beyond business.
On a personal level, we also want to help put a spotlight on the region — to show the world the cycling culture that exists here.

The community, the people, the riders we meet day by day…

This weekend we brought the co-founder of Alba Optics to Manila to share rides, spend time with the cycling and running community and, of course, eat pizza together.

Our first time at the China Cycle in Shanghai — and we absolutely loved the vibe.

A perfect mix of meeting clients and friends while also discovering new brands coming strong from the Asian market.

Three intense days of meetings, conversations and new projects across Europe and Asia. But as always, our favourite part was the afterworks — sharing time with key people from the industry and continuing to grow the cycling scene worldwide together.

SRAM - Meet the Locals & Expo & House

Traka week has come and gone — and what a week it was.
We were deeply involved across the entire week, starting with SRAM, where we managed the SRAM House and helped bring a full program of activities to life. One of the highlights for us was hosting our own SRAM Meet the Locals ride — a social spin through Girona followed by traditional Catalan food and a fun twist: teaching cyclists from all over the world some classic cycling vocabulary in Catalan. Equal parts ride, culture, and good laughs.
Over at the Traka Expo, we kept things rolling every day with coffee on hand, fresh macarons, and a steady flow of people stopping by. And to close things out, Saturday’s sangria party brought everyone together for one last celebration — the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable week.

Gobik Gravel Times

Another highlight from the week was The Gravel Times with Gobik — a project that quickly took on a life of its own.
We created a printed newspaper packed with interviews, insights from Traka week, features on Gobik athletes, plus a few unexpected touches like a game and even a horoscope. Something tangible, something people could pick up, read, and keep.
We distributed it across Girona, partnering with two of the city’s most iconic kiosks — and from there, it spread fast. People were actively looking for it, grabbing copies throughout the week, and you could see it everywhere: in coffee stops, before rides, in quiet corners around the city.
What started as an idea turned into one of the most visible moments of the week — with Girona fully immersed in The Gravel Times.

ALBA OPTICS - MOMENTUM FEMME

Alba Optics, presented their new Momentum Femme sunglasses, with a Women Run and Party at Temple Running Girona.

They brought together a women’s run through the city — a different rhythm from the usual Traka pace, but one that felt just as relevant. It was less about performance, more about connection.
The run flowed into a laid-back gathering, with a curated setup, product moments, and a few fun touches along the way. A space that felt intentional, relaxed, and genuinely community-driven.

QUOC Pop - Up

We also brought QUOC to life during Traka week with a dedicated pop-up in Girona.
Designed as a clean and considered space, it became a natural meeting point throughout the week — a place to discover the latest from QUOC up close, connect, and take a pause from the constant pace of Traka.

With different activities as rides and parties, where people could see the SMITH x QUOC new collab and custom their shoes or tee’s.

More than just a product showcase, it was about creating an environment that reflected the brand: thoughtful, design-led, and quietly confident.

Factor - Palau Fugit

We helped bring Factor presence across Girona to life through a series of venue takeovers — with Palau Fugit as the standout moment of the week.
That’s where we hosted the Factor After Traka Party, gathering the community for an evening that felt both celebratory and intentional. The night also marked the presentation of the new Factor Sarana — the bike Víctor Bosoni rode to win Traka 560.
It was a mix of conversations, connections, and shared moments. A chance to meet the athletes, exchange stories, and properly close out the week in true Traka fashion.

Fantasy Gravel

And of course, our baby, Fantasy Gravel was at the center of it all.
Throughout the week, we were out capturing conversations with athletes — building stories, insights, and context around the races. Once things kicked off, we followed the action closely, bringing the community along for the ride in real time.
A standout moment came during Traka 560, where alongside the launch of the new Factor Sarana, we partnered with Factor on a full takeover of the race’s communication.
From pre-race interviews to live race coverage, it was about creating a deeper layer to the experience — one that goes beyond just results.

China Cycle 2026

Our team is heading to China Cycle for the first time, with a series of interesting meetings already lined up. We’re really excited to be there as part of our Asia expansion, supporting both Apidura and Alba Optics.

Sea Otter Classic - LTGP First Stop

The 2026 LTGP league, kicked off in style at the Sea Otter Classic, opening the Life Time Grand Prix with fast, tactical racing in both fields.
In the men’s race, Bradyn Lange delivered a breakthrough win, outsprinting Keegan Swenson after more than 140 km of racing. On the women’s side, Sofía Gómez Villafañe took the victory, confirming her status as one of the top riders in the series.
A high-level start to the season that once again showed just how competitive and unpredictable elite gravel has become.

How tennis stars forced a rule change and won a fight to access their health data

Tennis is opening the door to wearable tech. The French Open will trial devices like Whoop, allowing players to access real-time biometric data during matches.
After recent pushback from athletes, the move signals a shift toward a more data-driven future in the sport.

Even before the Boston Marathon started, Nike found itself at the center of controversy. A sign reading “Runners Welcome. Walkers Tolerated” sparked backlash for its exclusionary tone—highlighting an ongoing debate around inclusivity in running.
The brand quickly removed the message, but the conversation remains: who really belongs on the start line?
